Registration for the UArctic Congress 2026 and the Ocean Connectivity Conference is now open.
Registration process
At the start of the registration process, you will be guided through a few short steps with practical information related to registration. We kindly ask you to read these carefully before completing your registration.
When clicking the registration button below, you will be redirected to an external registration platform to begin the registration process.
Registration fees
- Early bird: €550 (until 31 March)
- Regular registration: €700 (from 1 April)
- Student rate: €375
An optional conference reception is available for an additional fee of €20 and can be selected during the registration process.
Please note that a 3% transaction fee will be added to the total fee.
The student rate is available to participants who are currently enrolled in a university or other higher education programme. Proof of student status will be requested when collecting your conference badge on site.
Reduced fee
Participants from under-resourced organizations may be eligible for a reduced registration fee. Further information will be published shortly.
Payment methods
Registration fees can be paid by credit card through the online registration system or by invoice.
If you choose to pay by invoice, please note that your registration will only be confirmed once the invoice has been paid.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to uarcticcongress@setur.fo. Please use the subject line “Cancellation – UArctic Congress 2026” and include your full name and registration reference number. The registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is received before 25 April 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Please note that a processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds.
