Registration for UArctic Congress 2026 & the Ocean Connectivity Conference is expected to open in mid-January 2026.

Registration fees will be as follows:

‍

• Early bird: €550 (until 31 March)
• Regular registration: €700 (from 1 April)
• Student rate: €375

‍

All registration categories will at minimum include lunch, receptions, as well as coffee, tea and snacks during the days.

‍

The Congress registration also covers the Ocean Connectivity Conference which is organized by the Kingdom of Denmark's Chairship of the Arctic Council in partnership with UArctic and the University of the Faroe Islands and embedded in the Congress.

Persons from an underresourced organization and representatives of media can apply for a reduced fee by filling in a form (which will be available when the registration opens).
