Reduced Registration Fee

Please note that the deadline to apply for the reduced registration fee has now passed.

UArctic Congress 2026 aims to ensure broad participation from across the Arctic and beyond. A limited number of reduced registration fees are therefore available for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints.

Approved applicants will be offered registration at the student rate (€375).

‍

Applications will be reviewed individually based on financial need and role in the Congress. As only a limited number of reduced registrations are available, not all applications can be approved.

Application deadline: 17 April 2026.

• Applications will be reviewed individually, and processing may therefore take some time. We kindly ask for your patience.
• Applicants will be informed of the outcome by email, including instructions for registration at the reduced rate, where applicable.
• Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
