Accommodation
As accommodation demand is already high during the Congress period, participants are strongly encouraged to secure their accommodation as soon as possible.
While a number of hotels in Tórshavn are experiencing high occupancy, we warmly encourage participants to also explore alternative accommodation options such as Airbnb and Vert (local short-term rentals). Thanks to the Faroe Islands’ well-developed infrastructure – including subsea tunnels and bridges connecting most islands – staying outside Tórshavn can be a convenient and attractive option. Accommodation is available across the country, often within reasonable travelling distance of the Congress venue.
Please note that availability may change over time, as hotels continuously update their booking systems and rooms may become available due to cancellations. We therefore encourage participants to check back regularly.
