Hotels in and around Tórshavn have made block reservations for the UArctic Congress 2026. Some of these reserved rooms have now been released, and hotel bookings are open to the general public. We therefore strongly encourage participants to book their accommodation as soon as possible, as hotel capacity in Tórshavn is limited and demand is expected to be high during the Congress period.
You are welcome to contact the hotels directly to make your reservations. Several hotels offer a discounted rate (10–20% off the standard rate) for UArctic Congress participants using the booking code UARCTIC2026, though the booking conditions vary between hotels. At some hotels, you will need to enter the code manually when making your reservation, while at others the discount will be applied automatically via a dedicated booking link.
