Conference Booths

A limited number of conference booths are available for organisations and companies wishing to present their work, initiatives, or services during UArctic Congress 2026.

The booths will be located in the main area of the Congress venue, where coffee breaks and lunch will be served, providing an opportunity to engage directly with participants from across the Arctic research and policy community.

‍

Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

‍

Each booth measures 2.5 m (width) × 2 m (depth).

‍

The following basic furniture will be provided:

• Table
• Chairs

‍

Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their own booth and bringing any additional materials such as roll-ups, posters, brochures, and other display items. Further practical information will be shared with exhibitors closer to the Congress.

‍

The price for a booth is €2,000. An invoice will be issued by the University of the Faroe Islands’ finance department after the reservation has been confirmed.

‍

Please note that staff attending the Congress to manage the booth must register separately for the conference. Booth reservations do not include conference registration.
