Meeting Rooms

If you need to hold a meeting at the venue during the Congress days, you can book a one-hour slot in one of our meeting rooms.

We have smaller meeting rooms with space for up to 10 seated participants and access to a screen. We also have larger rooms accommodating 20–22 seated participants.

To book a meeting room, please send an email to UACmeeting@setur.fo and include the following information:

• Preferred date and time
• Number of participants
• Whether you require AV equipment

Please note that all meeting room bookings are limited to one hour in order to accommodate as many meeting requests as possible.

It will also be possible to book meeting rooms on-site at the venue. Staff will be available in the main entrance area to assist with bookings daily from 09:00–12:00.
