Travelling to the Faroe Islands

You can fly non-stop to the Faroe Islands from several international destinations, including Copenhagen, Paris, Reykjavik, London, Edinburgh, Oslo, and Bergen. For travellers coming from North America, convenient connections are available via Iceland.
If there are no direct flights from your chosen departure airport, onward connections are available through selected gateway cities. Depending on the route, direct flights to the Faroe Islands typically take around 2 hours and 30 minutes, while some routes, such as Edinburgh and Reykjavik, take just over an hour.
Atlantic Airways is the national airline of the Faroe Islands and offers regular services to and from the islands. If flights around the main arrival days are close to capacity, additional flights may be added.
