Parnuna Egede Dahl
PhD, Special Advisor, Oceans North Kalaallit Nunaat

Parnuna Egede Dahl is a Greenlandic Inuk with a joint PhD in Sustainability and Planning (Aalborg University) and Arctic languages, Culture and Society (Ilisimatusarfik - University of Greenland), and an MSc in Biology with specialty in Biological Oceanography (University of Southern Denmark). She works as a special advisor at Oceans North Kalaallit Nunaat, focusing on science, communication, and campaigns. She brings extensive experience at the interface of science, policy, and Indigenous Peoples’ rights, including prior work as an environmental advisor at ICC‑Greenland.
